After the car got stuck, one of the passengers got out to figure out how serious the problem was

Local people, who came to enjoy the unusual “performance”, told him there is no way to get out

When the water inside the car went really high, everyone started getting over to the hood and the roof of the truck

We were seeking help from people, who had a barbeque nearby and had the same truck as ours

Those on the river bank tried to invent many ways to save the car, but no luck

The bough, thrown from the river bank to somehow fix the car, did little help

Trying to make the bough useful led to falling to the river, but fortunately then man was caught by his fellows and put back to the hood

After an hour of panic cigarettes, still dry, were discovered

Half an hour later the truck with contraband wood came to carry on the “rescue operation”

Everyone got out safe and sound. Only the M-16 magazine case was lost

The car was left drifting and sinking
